Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities in a defined territory on a business to business basis through cold calling, networking, referrals, and following up on qualified leads in our CRM system. 

The Sales Executive will report directly to the Regional Vice President of the Territory.

Location: Territories available: Florida and Massachusetts

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Identify and qualify prospects
  • Utilize professional selling skills to identify decision makers, to close sales to achieve monthly quota consistently
  • Conduct effective sales presentations in person in cold call environment emphasizing features and benefits utilizing value statements
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close the sale and secure a contract
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and sell our solution
  • Sell and differentiate Bull Bag in a competitive environment
  • Follow up on leads, commitments and opportunities
  • Prepare bids, contracts, price quotes, and presentations
  • Input and maintain contact management system database on all prospects using the system daily to manage sales efforts, move accounts through the sales funnel, and record wins and losses of opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategy and execute action plan to meet monthly sales quota
  • Plan Trade Show and other Marketing events for exposure in territory events including involvement with local and National trade organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of high school diploma, Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
  • Two years’ experience in cold calling on business to business customers in a competitive environment
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals - strong and effective closer
    • Successful negotiator
    • Ability to manage high activity in a changing environment
      • Keep up with minimum sales metrics
      • Manage entire sales process from prospecting to close
    • Quick and competent follow up to client request, commitments made to clients, and requirements of management
  • Strong oral communication skills
    • Communicate information effectively
    • Develop and maintain strong rapport with clients
  • Effective listening skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce preferable but will train the right person, Office 365, email crafting as well as texting.
  • Professional, confident, hard worker with strong work ethic
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and disciplined individual  
  • Good Business Acumen
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift 50lbs daily

Retail Account Representatives

Territory:  Florida

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Customers success and mitigate any issues that may occur
  • Utilize professional selling skills to talk with decision makers to upsell or further penetrate the account
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close the sale and secure a contract of new Retail accounts
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and sell our solution
  • Sell and differentiate BullBag in a competitive environment
  • Follow up on leads, commitments and opportunities
  • Prepare bids, contracts, price quotes, and presentations
  • Input and maintain contact management system database on all accounts using the system daily to manage account management efforts.
  • Work with Retailers to Marketing events for exposure in territory.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
  • Two years’ experience in managing existing business to business customers in a competitive environment
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
    • Successful negotiator and issue mitigates

      • Manage all aspects of account management from follow up to issue resolution

Customer Service Representatives

Serves customers by providing product and service information; assembles schedules and routing.

Duties:

  • Attracts/Maintain customers by answering product and service questions via telephone and email; suggesting information about product and services.
  • Enter and maintain customer accounts by recording account information into computer software.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by electronically processing payments.
  • Collecting customer information and providing information about scheduling.
  • Assembles drivers schedules and routing daily.
  • Works with drivers to communicate with customers.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Drivers/BullBag Wranglers

Responsible for servicing customers through emptying BullBags, rolling or resetting up the BullBags

Duties:

  • Attracts/Maintain customers by answering product and service questions when in front of customers.
  • Manage start time based on route received from dispatchers
  • Determine safest position/manner for emptying BullBag on customer property.
  • Maintain daily logs required by company
  • Maintain a safe working truck
  • ALWAYS practice safe driving.

Skills/Qualifications:

Required: CDL Class A or B, Drug Free, Clean driving history, Customer Service Personality, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Multi-tasking, Flexible, Basic Computer skills
